i have used tracfone and i hated it because it costs a lot of money, i’m planning to switch to either net10 or boost mobile. do u pay for the prepaid boost like to do with tracfone? where you go to the stores and buy minutes or do u have to buy online and pay monthly? and with one would u recommend i use?

you can buy minutes at select walmart stores and you can pay online at boostmobile.com. i recommend net10 or straighttalk wireless. both are prepaid. with net10 it’s always .10 cents a minute. and straighttalk you either pay 30 dollars or 45 dollars a month. for 30 dollars a month you get 1,000 minutes, 1,000 text/picture messages and 30 MB of data. and for 45 dollars a month you get unlimited everything. and yes tracfone can be expensive if your a heavy cell phone user.

I hear that their service is not that good compared to larger companies like Verizon….but if you are on a budget then I would say go ahead and get it. As for me, I would rather pay the extra money to have great service and more phones to choose from.
