The long awaited Kraken case from Trident comes out for the HTC EVO 4G. A very sturdy heavy duty cover, there is little not to like about the case other than some slight discoloration with the screen protector. Before there were cell phones nearly all two way communications to cars was done using two way radio, that is LAND MOBILE. Police cars use radios (as well as cell phones) you may well have a pair of VHF/UHF walkie talkies, that is LAND MOBILE. Many companies use radio to communicate with workers in the field, trains use them, taxi cabs use them, trucking companies use them. When you have a fleet of vehicles that you need to keep in contact the land mobile systems allow you to do just that. Even PAGERS use the land mobile system.
Cellular is totally different than the good old fashion highly reliable two way radios. However, cellular phone service did originate with land mobile users and the desire to “expand” to the world of users.
