A child came to my home recently with a mobile phone that had programmed into the contacts his parents home and mobiles only so he could dial out on those and it only accepted incoming calls from the same. Is this a specific phone or can any phone be adjusted to do this?

I helped my dad move to where I live so I could take care of him. Rather than try to sell the mobile home he was living in, we decided just to turn it over to the park. Not a week later the toilet went through the floor for whatever reason. Now the park refuses to accept the trailer. I want to remove it from the park, put it in a junk yard or something, and be done with it, but I was wondering how much it costs. I could call around but I’m worried they will take advantage of me because of the circumstances.

In Minnesota its between 0 and 00. Seems high but the movers have to get permits to pull it down the highway.
