The only problem with Android is that it isn’t consistent. I lot of its versions have been released here and there. With the ICS, I was expecting something exciting and new, but what do they come up with……….nothing new, nothing exciting, nothing like its competitors (Apple iOS, or even Windows Mobile). It simply failed to convince an iPhone user to even think of switching.

I am going to upgrade my cellphone. I have a tmobile galaxy i forgot the name but it is a free phone. I would love to upgrade my phone and have a month to month thing. I really like the HTC HD 2 and I am not sure what phones are similar to it. I like the processor and the huge screen. What would you recommend??

@techfreak47 In the end I stayed with Android and went with the Galaxy S II. My previous phone was the Motorola Backflip (which was HORRIBLE!). I really like the GS2 a lot. It’s quick and just as responsive as the 4S. I agree with you about both OS’s having their pros and cons. iPhones are awesome; and done right, Android phones can be just as awesome… if not more awesome. But in the end, it simply comes down to personal preference. Plus, Amazon gives away a free android app daily.

it has an old gpu though. id rather get one of the other super phones that just came out. when they get an update to ics, they will all be faster. actually, the original galaxy s2 (not the skyrocket) is faster the the nexus. idk, just my opinion

Where’s the menu button??? I understand getting rid of the search button on the bottom row; it gets in the way. But I need the menu button!… don’t I? Or do I? Wo… this just got deep.
@techfreak47 I agree. I recently upgraded on AT&T. The only two phones I considered was the iPhone 4S and Galaxy S II. After watching drop tests here on YouTube, I couldn’t help thinking how fragile the iPhone was. The iPhone is a great phone. I’m not “anti-Apple”. I simply like the customization options on Android, the bigger screen real estate, and real widgets (not just notifications). That being said it was a tough call between the two phones. I would’ve been happy with either phone.

Good question. I guess I’ll have to go and try both of them at Best Buy.
Cons for the Nexus is the lack of a higher megapixel camera.
Pros. for the Nexus is everything else and the fact that the battery is accessible in case you need to change it.
Cons for the Rzr can’t think of any really except for the enclosed battery that you probably have to send your phone out to get the thing replaced if it craps out on yah.
